The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) will be held in the second half of this year. Since the 18th National Congress, the CPC Central Committee has united and led the Chinese people in realizing the first centenary goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Now China is striding forward on a new journey toward the second centenary goal of fully building a modern socialist country. In recent years, China and Africa have written a splendid chapter of mutual assistance amidst complex changes.

To learn more about how African countries’ view on the CPC in terms of governance achievement and experience over the past decade, and what you suggest to promote exchanges of ideas and governing experience between our two sides in order to jointly build a high-level China-Africa community with a shared future, the International Department of the CPC Central Committee plans to organize a Writing & Photography Competition themed under The CPC in the New Era in My Eyes.
